*NEW* Live, small group 8 wk course of workshops, live buddy chats, practical advice and tools delivered by registered Psychotherapist and well being expert Jo Williams 

  • 8 wk Course. Week 1 and Week 8 delivered by Jo and Polly from The HOW people with 6 wks of content to empower your teens delivered by our well being expert Jo Williams. 
  • Mondays 5-6pm from 1st March - 26th April with a break for Easter Monday on 5th April
  • PDF worksheets for each of the 8 weeks to download
  • This pilot course will be LIVE and not recorded and will be at this special introductory price
