Here at The HOW People our mission is to support young people to navigate their teenage years. Placing role models, life skills and good mental health at the core of all we do to help them thrive.
This FREE 40 minute session is called "Moving On Up" and is all about the transition up to secondary school. This is perfect for your Year 6 classroom later on in the summer term when nerves, excitement and anticipation are building.

Co founders are Jo and Polly. Jo is a GP and mum of 4 including 2 teenagers so sees the issues with confidence, anxiety and mental health along with the need for role models who aren't parents and aren't teachers first hand. Polly is a teen mentor and brings together her skills of leadership, community and presentation with infectious enthusiasm.
Courses into Year 6 classrooms are run with their team including Emma Clift who is brilliant Year 7 tutor and PSHE teacher in secondary schools and Jo Williams is a psychotherapist with years of experience working with teenagers.
