Session 1: #Smartphonesavvy - How to develop good habits and navigate social media in the first year of having a phone

We want to help you build a positive relationship with your smartphones and social media and to begin to implement healthier habits to protect your wellbeing.

 

Session 2: Being You - Developing your self confidence and learning to love yourself just the way you are

We want to help you feel confident about the person you are and what makes you 'you' by challenging negative thoughts. We explore where the ‘ideal’ body image comes from and how we can shift our focus onto non-appearance based elements by thinking about what our bodies can do.

Session 3: Fab Friendships - The key to healthy friendships and making new friends in secondary school

We identify what makes a healthy friendship and help understand how we can build and maintain these.

 

Session 4: Kind to you. Kind to All. - The importance of living a life packed full of kindness and positivity

This is to encourage you all to be kinder to yourself and others and to create a more positive mindset.

 

Session 5: Coping with Conflict - How to deal with difficult conversations with friends and family

We want you to learn the skills to manage conflict that may be affecting your world from the classroom to home to the school yard.

 

Session 6: Get Connected - How to make new friends and improve your connections with others

We learn understand why creating connections with others is important for our wellbeing and how we can improve our connections with others. 

 

Session 7: Worry Warrior - Recognising your own worries and learning how to manage them

We want to help you to understand why you worry, and how it affects you. Then equip you with the tools you need to cope with worry. 

 

Session 8: Life's Big Challenges - Ways of coping with life's challenges and the importance of building your resilience

We want to help you to develop the skills you need to cope with life's big challenges. Because there are always going to be ups and downs along the way.
